Westchester Country Club Tee Time & No Show Policy
By booking a tee time at Westchester Country Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Cancellation Policy
Tee times must be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time.
No Show Policy
Failure to cancel or modify a reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled tee time will result in the reservation being classified as a No Show.
No Show Charges & Authorization
By completing this booking, you expressly authorize Westchester Country Club to charge the full applicable rate for all reserved players to the credit card on file in the event of a No Show.
No Shows are charged in full, and the booking party is financially responsible for all reserved rounds.
How to Cancel or Modify a Tee Time
Please call the Pro Shop at 561-734-6300 and leave a voicemail with:
- Name on the reservation
- Date and time of the tee time
- Details of the cancellation or change
- Eligible Cancellations will result in a raincheck NO Refunds
By completing a reservation, you accept and agree to follow this policy.
