Tee Time Cancellation Policy

By booking a tee time at Westchester Country Club, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Tee times must be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Any reservation not cancelled within 24 hours will be marked as a No Show.
• No Shows are charged in full, and the player is financially responsible for all reserved rounds.
• Westchester Country Club will charge the credit card on file for any No Show.

How to Cancel or Modify a Tee Time
Please call the Pro Shop at 561-734-6300 and leave a voicemail with:

• Name on the reservation
• Date and time of the tee time
• Details of the cancellation or change
• Eligible Cancellations will result in a raincheck NO Refunds

By completing a reservation, you accept and agree to follow this policy.
